Sooooo good! There is a risk of cross contamination just like any place that isn't dedicated to gf, however I didn't have a reaction and I'm pretty sensitive. Will go back the next time I'm in Idaho.

We stopped to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer gluten free bread but were told that there was a high risk of cross contamination.
