Twisted Cork Bistro

Twisted Cork has reopened after a long renovation. I noted that I was celiac on the OpenTable reservation. When we got there I went in to my celiac explanation - as it turns out the waitress’ sister was celiac so she knew all about it (cross contamination etc ). I had halibut (marked as celiac friendly) and had no issues and the food was wonderful !

Menu is limited to fish or steak. The ribeye was tough

Three years ago I was diagnosed with Celiac & was thrilled to find that my favorite neighborhood restaurant was very knowledgeable about gluten. Our waitress was great at letting me know my options, checking out anything with the kitchen, and making suggestions. I had a great meal. She also pointed out that my favorite drink there is made with a wheat based vodka, and subbed it out with a safe vodka! So happy I can keep going back to one of my favorite places. Update: I eat here at least a couple of times a month. Food is always delicious and I have always felt good after.

Ate there twice. Perfect GF meal.

I have eaten there a few times with no problems. The wait staff is knowledgeable and they cook to order. Fish tacos are great.

Knowledgeable staff. Great seafood selection. Salmon Tacos were awesome!
