I was nervous due to the reviews but after calling and talking with them, we choose to go. The waitress was very kind and helpful. We got the gf pasta and the bison burger on a gf bun. Everything was very good and we were confide that they were taking precautions. So don’t miss out on this place!

Went in to eat and asked if they had a gluten free menu. Was ignored and asked if it was by preference. Literally no one’s business if I pay for it, the front desk staff couldn’t be less helpful when it comes to knowing their own menu
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
Found regular pasta in with my gluten free pasta which is very overdone…. So it appears they are sharing pasta water. Asked if they had gluten free chicken Parmesan or could make it with grilled chicken. Glad I confirmed when I picked up as they do not have gluten free breading or separate fryer. “I didn’t think about that.” Even though I confirmed multiple times via phone. Person on the phone for carry out needs education.

We had a great gluten free pizza (the crust was thin but soft and just the tiniest bit chewy, a rare gluten free treat), a fabulous bison burger on a gluten free bun that was actually soft and delicious with poppy seeds and sesame seeds, and perfect sweet tea. Great service. Waiter answered all my questions and, for the things he did not know, he got the answers. 4 stars instead of 5 because, with all their gluten free offerings, the standard sides (fries or house made chips) for their burgers and sandwiches are fried in a shared fryer and, therefore, are not Celiac friendly.
