A lot of their dishes can be made GF. The girl taking my order assured me they are very careful with cross contamination and was very knowledgeable about what I could have on their menu. The pesto pasta was delicious.

Most of the food here can be made gf since they have gf bread/buns, pasta, and desserts. The man taking our order was very helpful and my order was marked as "celiac" in the system so that staff would be extra careful about cross contamination.

Had the veggie noodles with Alfredo and chicken. They marked Celiac and Gluten Free on the receipt. The flavor was good. The chicken was chewy.

This was super yummy. I ordered the SW bowl and I had great flavor and nothing in it was glutenous. They also have a couple of gf desserts. I personally did not like the gf cookie dough because it was super strong flavored coconut which I was not expecting and it was a real turn off. Others might love it I just didn’t.

We have gone here as a family several times over the years while visiting St George. I have CD and my daughter has nut allergies. They have several options for both of our dietary needs. They are very cautious and willing to go the extra mile to help us feel safe eating there!

Excellent experience. Talked with the owner there. Had the Twisted Noodle with GF noodles. It was great food. Some of these reviews seem based on their liking for the food not necessarily the Gluten Free Experience. My first time here and I’ll def be back for more.

I ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad and made sure they knew I was celiac. When I got in the car I noticed my salad had a wanton on it. They remade my salad and it was very good, but I’m now worried because I have a long way to travel, and I’m not sure yet if I was cross contaminated. They offered no refund or discount either, which I think would be polite on their part.

They do have gluten free, but they took forever to bring is our food. Every time I asked if something was gluten free they said I don't know. I had to ask them to go check. Then I asked if they change their gloves, and they said, oh we can if you ask. Food was not filling and bland. Not really worth our time or money.

We ordered everything GF- Southwest quinoa bowl was delicious... lots of flavor a little spicy which I loved . We got the GF caprese chicken wrap . We had mozzarella on side because I needed dairy free and wanted to try it but my husband could eat with cheese...and it was a little bland to me(possibly because no cheese). . ..good but not as much flavor as other dish . We added sarashi sauce to spice it up. For a very mild chicken wrap it was good but I need more flavor and so I would probably not order that one again .

My 5yo has celiac and he got a grilled cheese on gf bread and a side salad, no dressing. They said they made it in a separate area. He ate the whole thing and feels fine. I had the chicken wrap and my husband had a chicken burger. Both were fresh and delicious.

Clean, fresh ingredients and very friendly. However, all 4 meals we got I tasted and they don't seem to use any seasonings. All food was about as flavorful as lettuce. Pesto needs more flavor!

I got the Greek salad with grilled chicken. The salad was okay, but the chicken was not good at all. it had some southwest marinade on it, and I was definitely not a fan. My husband (not GF) got the Buffalo chicken wrap and he also did not like his meal. The customer service was not good when we went and the lady messed up my order. it's only been a couple of hours since eating and I have not had a reaction, so it might be safe, but did not taste good.

I went because I thought it would be a safe option while traveling. I was disappointed in the staff's knowledge of the menu. The chicken is marinated in soy sauce, and they didn't recommend the GF pasta due to cross contamination so I got zucchini noodles. I paid $10 for a half empty bowl and left hungry. We are also juggling a dairy intolerance and I again wasn't entirely confident with the information they gave me. I still think there are more options here than many other places, but I was overall dissapointed. Be weary of cross contamination and ask lots of questions. They seem to cater to the fad diet crowd, not those who HAVE to eat GF for medical reasons.

This was a great find in downtown ST. George. Very GF friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable answered all questions. They have GF tortillas for the wraps and GF bread and noodles. They prepare the food in a separate area to avoid cross contamination . This is a great place for good food and a celiac like me!!!!
