Gluten free bun for burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Their buns are better than your avg gluten free bun. Unsure about their food safety though.

Had a burger with a gluten free bun here. I saw a review about the fries so instead I had a bag of Lay’s chips. No issues at all. You can’t toast the bread because it’s the same toaster as gluten bread. They also changed gloves and told the cook about my allergy so I appreciated the extra attention.

Mariam was knowledgeable about cross contamination. Got a gluten free bison burger on a gluten free bun ( which Mariam pointed out couldn’t be toasted due to other buns on the same line ) and fries. I’m celiac, with a dairy and nut allergy and she made me feel heard and safe. Her effort was awesome and it was a much needed real meal during a long travel day.

I asked for GF items and they said only the fries were. I ate them and had the worst reaction I've had in a while.

They are not careful. I asked for GF bun and they gave me regular bread. I watched her just change the bread. I had to ask for them to remake everything. They are also not good with food handling.

Staff seemed comfortable answering questions about gluten free options. I was told they had a separate frier for fries (good, because I'm pretty sensetive). I got the Freshman 15 on a GF bun, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The reviews about the bun are correct, it's terrible. I didn't eat the top half at all, and ended up taking the bottom off as well. That said, it was a good meal. The burger filling was plenty on its own, and it was refreshing to be able to have fries. The milkshake was delicious, thick and chocolatey. I can't remember the last time I had a diner meal like that. Fun treat on a long day of travel.
Yes
Staff not very helpful other than saying they have a GF bun. No sides. It was one of the big GF buns that falls apart in your hands and hides the flavor of the burger. Didn’t eat the bun and the burger was so-so
We for a gluten free burger with bacon. It was delicious.

Lunch on the 11th was great. Was informed their onion straws were GF, kitchen staff caught the error and came out to chat. Subbed for grilled green beans and carrots.
Came back on 13th for dinner and a very different experience. Staff was not confident. Cashier argued that the onion straws were GF (def not) and the kitchen didn't seem to know about the grilled beans and carrots. Kitcheb staff also stacked prep bowls on top of veggies while they sat in window (gross), and definitely cross contaminated (and then they argued that they didnt do it).
Do NOT tip when you order, as they prompt you. Make them prove themselves first.

Great experience. Gluten free bun was delicious and fries are done in a separate fryer.

Favorite place to get a quality burger with a gluten-free bun! The fries are yummy too and don’t forget to try the help yourself pickles.

I love this spot! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and lots of burger options. The gluten free bun is nicely toasted as well and they prepare it safely for celiacs.
