Review of Twisted Tavern STL

I have eaten at the twisted tavern twice. Both times I have gotten burgers without buns and and a side of steamed veggies. I have not gotten sick from eating here when ordering like this. Nothing on the menu is listed as gluten free or that they have gluten free options.
