Twisted Tomato Pizzeria & Beer Wall

This is not a celiac safety restaurant. I just talked to the manager to clarify. They have a cauliflower crust but that's it and she literally said she's clueless about gluten. 🙄

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

I had ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for my girlfriend a couple weeks ago (which she said was AMAZING). I went on doordash to order it again for her for dinner tonight and it wasnt listed as an option. I called the restaurant and asked if I put an order in for a medium pizza if they could use the cauliflower crust. While on the phone, they had updated their doordash menu so I could order it, and they were so friendly about it too!

Twisted Tomato is amazing. I never would have thought my go-to place for gluten free pasta would be a pizza place! They take precautions- they always say the gluten free pasta will take 30-40 minutes because they need to boil fresh water! I have celiac and feel like garbage if I get cross contaminated. I’m happy to say it’s never happened from pasta at Twisted Tomato! Best of all… their alfredo sauce is gluten free!!! Gluten free, and delicious.
