Delicious pizzas, any pizza on the menu can be made gluten free. Owner is celiac and is very aware of cross contamination. Separate oven for GF pizza as well as separate cutting tools and trays. Currently just one GF beer option, but a very very tasty one. Made on the spot, chilled and drafted right in front of you. Also, amazing and knowledgeable staff!
