Typhoon Noodle

i have celiac. my family and i made a spontaneous stop here on our road trip because all other gluten free surrounding restaurants were closed. they have a gluten free menu labeled as well as vegan. i had ordered the udon noodles which were labeled gluten free on the menu but asked what they were made of just to make sure. after the manager brought out the package she said they were “gluten free” but made of wheat. i decided against the udon noodles and questioned the menu. but i ended up ordering the curry rice noodles and made sure they did not use soy sauce and cleaned the kitchen space. the curry noodles were amazing and i did not have a reaction! just a warning to not order the “gluten free” udon noodles!
