Menu is gf but they do still use some products with may contain statements. After being glutened from two separate meals months apart I contacted the manager to find out this information. She was going to speak with the chef and get back to me regarding what I should avoid, however I have heard nothing after 2months. The food is delicious but I would suggest a very good conversation with the staff to confirm what is safe to avoid ending up being glutened. Such a shame, would have been nice to feel safe with another restaurant in the area but I no longer do with Typhoon. Food is delicious but just wasn’t safe both times I tried it sadly. Definitely not coeliac safe. Ask numerous questions if you do decide to try to be sure you feel comfortable eating there
