I've eaten here many many times and have always been ok. I ask them to package the soy sauce and wasabi separately and I use my own gluten free soy sauce when I get home since it's a take-out place. Staff is always super friendly and have not had any reaction eating here as someone with a very reactive stomach.

Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars for safety is because they don't have a dedicated separate area to prepare gluten allergy orders, so there is the possibility of cross contamination
