I have been going there for a long time. However, my last time, there must have been cross contamination. I talked to the manager and learned that when you order gluten-free include in the notes that you have an allergy.

They offer gf buns and have a dedicated fryer for their French fries. When ordering takeout they package the gf items in a separate bag from non gf items. They are very knowledgeable about cross contamination!

I called before bringing my celiac son and was assured they had a dedicated gf fryer, would keep everything separate, wash hands etc and confirmed when I ordered. My son's gf food came out crowded on the tray with nongf food...breaded onion rings touching his gf fries . When I pointed it out to one employee, she spoke limited English and the second employee seemed to think it was no big deal but did offer new fries. Unfortunately, we won't be back if they have breading touching food flagged as a gluten allergy, I would hate to think of how the food is handled behind the scenes.

Gluten free buns and dedicated gf fryer. Delicious fries can't wait to try burger
Staff is very knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination and can answer any questions. They have a dedicated fryer. Two of my family are celiac, 3 are vegetarians and this is the one place we all love to eat! We’ve been going here weekly for 8 years and we love it for the Boom burger, cheese fries and shakes.

they have gluten free rolls, but they obviously don't keep a clean enough kitchen when it comes to celiac- I had a reaction from their fries.

I was told fries were gluten free, and didn't have any issues eating here. They also have gluten free rolls or lettuce wraps as options.
Don't actually have a dedicated frier. Watched an employee fry breaded chicken in it.

Tell them that you have celiacs and your food will be labeled allergy. Also has a dedicated fryer to try to avoid cross contamination
