Long lines in the summer, not open year round. Had black raspberry. No issues, and servers take extra precaution. No half scooping. Seating limited.

Amazing allergy and Celiac protocols! We watched our wonderful server thoroughly wash her hands and scrub(and I mean scrub!) the ice cream scoop. She got a GF cone and carried it to the back on a sheet of wax paper. For GF, ice cream is scooped from fresh tubs in the back. This process was repeated again for my order, but my dish and spoon came from separate bins marked, "Allergy Cups" and "Allergy Spoons"!

The ice cream is delicious, too! Lots of choices make it hard to choose which flavor to get! An absolute must visit!

Awesome selection of gluten free ice cream! PLUS, they have gluten free plain and gluten free sugar cones! Not too many places do that.

best place to get ice cream... we do a 45 min drive just so my husband can have a cone with his ice cream! very careful when it comes to cross contamination!

Gluten free cones and a full list available of gluten free choices. They will even scoop from a fresh container in the back to avoid cross contamination. There are tons of ice cream flavors to choose from!

Uhlman's is the best. Went for the first time since being diagnosed. Asked about my options. They have a chart that tells you which ice creams are GF (among other allergies). Then she said they can scoop from the back, from a fresh (non-contaminated) barrel located in the back of store. They even have GF sugar and cake cones from Joy. I even watched her wash scooper in sink before heading out back for my ice cream. So wonderful to find an establishment that is so accommodating to not only gluten-free, but many allergies. Thank you Uhlman's. So great to be able to go out and enjoy great ice cream with my family!!
