They have gf options here. I have had issues with them bringing the wrong thing before... they’ve been better about it recently. They make my food separately in the back, and I always tell them to make it completely plain without soy sauce. Then, I ask for soy sauce when my food comes out and can see that it’s the gluten free bottle.

Spoke with the owner - he said they do have GF soy sauce but it tastes and smells like burned plastic. He said almost all things there contain gluten. Asked about sushi and he said the only GF roll he could offer was a veggie roll with steamed rice.

They have gluten free soy sauce available and will make rolls specifically GF for you. It is my first time here so I’m not sure of what worse they may have available.
