Tried to eat here but was told by employees to not eat there. No real safety protocols. So we left. :-(

UCP offers a deep dish GF piza dough as well as a thin crust cauliflower dough. They do make the GF pizza separate from the rest of the pizzas. They can make any of their pizzas as GF.

The previous excellent reviews were spot on. The GF crust was absolutely delicious! They took precautions to make sure there is no cc. Loved this place! Will definitely return here again and again. BEST GF crust I’ve ever had in 18 years.

The staff was very knowledgable! This was hands-down one of the best GF crusts I have found. It actually had a fluffy bread texture, which is hard to do and remain GF.

The GF crust is available with any pre-made or BYO pizza for an extra $4!

Staff aaa very friendly and knowledgeable. The gf pizza crust was very very good! They also have a cauliflower gf crust that’s thin and crispy. I will definitely go back.

I agree with the others who said this place has the best gluten-free pizza crust. The crust was thick and not fluffy, instead of typical thin and crunchy gf pizza crust at other restaurants. I can’t attest to safety for those who are celiacs because I didn’t ask about their procedures to avoid cross contamination.

I saw a review on here that it was the best GF pizza they ever had so I tried it. I’ve been gluten free since 2012 and this is definitely the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I also appreciate that they had vegan cheese as well. I will definitely come back if we vacation here again.

Our daughter has celiac. We use this app for every meal we go to on vacations. Great app. This place had the best pizza crust she has ever tried. They said the crust is provided by Venice Bakery, which you can get on Amazon by the case. Quick and friendly service.

Absolutely not safe for anyone with celiac. I called and the person that I spoke to made it VERY clear they take zero precautions when preparing the pizza. It is gluten free but prepped and cooked with no safety precautions taken.

Love this place! I attend a conference at the Convention Center every year and this has become my day 1 lunch spot - highlight for sure! Some of the best GF pizza I've had. Try the Hawaiian - the crispy natural coconut and sweet bits of dates are so delicious!

Have orred from here many times over the years with NO reaction! Also, I’m not sure where their crust comes from but it is one of my favorites! Kinda flaky and buttery, haven’t had anything like it anywhere else! Highly recommend!
