I had an awful experience at Ultreia. I emailed ahead of time to make sure they can accommodate for celiac and they said they could. I was also dining with a friend with a wheat and dairy allergy. The server assured us she would make sure what we ordered was gluten and dairy free. They don't have a dedicated fryer and options were limited. A dish came out with a sauce that seemed very creamy to be dairy free. We asked the server if she was certain and she said she was. I then looked at the menu again and it was labneh (yogurt). Another dish came out with house fried chips, after they served it I had to ask if was made in a shared fryer and it was. I can't recommend this restaurant. They clearly don't know what ingredients are in the dishes. No system to alert the kitchen of allergies.
