So good and worth the stop. Most is gf however the ice cream is made somewhere else and not 100% on cross contamination with other flavors so if you are super sensitive like I am then I wouldn’t get it. The coconut lovers, snow cap, and toasted coconut is so tasty and refreshing

THE BEST SHAVED ICE EVER! As that being the first time I’ve had shaved ice the experience was amazing on top of that the staff was amazing and knowledgeable and was able to explain the difference and his personal favorites.

All their syrups are GF, their snow cap is also GF. They know what celiac is, they mark the order for gluten allergy, and they are so kind and willing to check ingredients if they’re not sure. Also, best shave ice I’ve ever had — pre or post diagnosis!

So many yummy options! We heard this place is the best, so we made sure to get there! They were busy, but worth the wait, which wasn’t bad. Line moves quickly. We’ve never had shave ice with ice cream, so that was a nice new treat! I checked their website first about gf & I think it said all syrups are safe.

Went to two locations, one in Kihei and one in Kahului. Both excellent although we preferred Kahului because it is less crowded.

The ice cream they use is not gf. I didn’t find out about the mochi and adzuki beans.

All the syrups are gf and so is the haupia cream. I had a kind employee read me the ingredients on the condensed milk (snocap) and those seemed fine to me as well. Both my celiac sons had snocaps with no reactions. Hope this helps!

Went to three different locations while in Maui and this was the largest, busiest but also best ambiance, most seating. Very fine shaved ice. So good and one of the less expensive options of shaved ice we could find. The larger size (ulu) is shareable. All syrups are homemade and GF.

Delicious flavors and smooth ice are all gluten free! I don't know abt the different toppings but I did try the coconut ice cream and didn't get sick. The kids size is actually pretty big and I'd recommend it.

Best shave ice ever and the staff is always so friendly. The snow cap (sweetened condensed cream) is not GF but the haupia cream is. All the syrups are GF.

The best I have ever had. I had pineapple/mango/lilikoi with a snow cap (sweetened condensed milk) on top. The ice was so fine, it was SO smooth! They weren’t 100% sure about the ice cream, so I skipped that, but all the toppings are GF. Be prepared for a line on a hot day but it’s worth it!
