Umami Asian Bistro

I wrote a full paragraph on my delivery order highlighting ALLERGY and explained the need for no cross contamination and no gluten ingredients including wheat-based soy sauce that I can’t have, but they still included a ton of soy sauce packets that clearly said “WHEAT” on the allergy statement. I can’t trust that they actually handled my order correctly.

Also, the fish was poor quality. They included escolar, which is a kind of fake cod that many budget japanese restaurants use. These fish contain oils that are not digestible and would be harmful to those with sensitive stomachs (e.g. cause diarrhea).
