The waitress was knowledgeable on which rolls could be made GF. They have GF soy sauce. I had to avoid any tempura and some sauces had to be left off. The sushi was amazing! Tons of choices!

While they do not have a gluten free menu, the staff is knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. They do have gluten free soy sauce. I've ate here multiple times and have not gotten ill. Just make sure you tell the staff you cannot eat gluten and they are more than happy to assist you. The sushi is amazing, and so is the seaweed salad and miso soup!
Edit: used to be really good about making sure your food was safe, but not sure what happened. Last time I visited I explicitly told them no gluten and that I had celiacs like I normally did. Got tempura on my food despite that and couldn’t eat it

Horrible experience. Nothing on the menu is even marked with a GF or anything showing a GF option. The server was clueless about dishes containing gluten, and every question was met with him being annoyed at having to ask someone. The sushi rice was made with gf vinegar, thankfully, but minimal options for vegan and gf rolls, and no gf sauces for rolls, not even a decent garnish on the rolls, just a couple sesame seeds, but not enough to taste. No gf salad dressing, and the miso soup is not gf either. The only gf soup is egg drop. The only vegan and gf appetizer is steamed edamame. Definitely will not go back, there are other places that are more accommodating. Don't bother driving to Bellevue for this place.

We found this restaurant on the Find Me GF app. I asked the host when we arrived if they had gluten free food available. He stated they did and to talk to the waitress. The waitress stated they could make just about anything gluten free. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and she said they could make the fried rice gluten free also. Both items were very delicious. The host even stopped by to make sure everything was OK and verified the food was prepared using GF products. As a celiac, I would highly recommend this establishment.

No GF menu, but knowledgeable on GF options and can use different sauces on the noodle dishes. Not overpriced and good food! I'll definitely go back! As a Celiac, I felt safe eating here. Seems like a nice secret spot for better sushi (and better priced) than Hiro or Blue. Very home-y and friendly staff.

My go-to place for sushi! They really know and understand the need to be gluten-free. I explained I have Celiac and they took good care of me. They even have separate GF Soy sauce in their own little containers. They sub crunchy potato topping (comes premade, no fryer CC) for any crispy bits and pretty much any roll can be made GF. No ginger dressing (but they know that). The chef and employees take great pride in ensuring our needs are met. I have eaten there multiple times as a Celiac and have never had any issues. All wait staff I have worked with have all been very educated in the GF/celiac needs. The only down side is the hot plates are severely limited. I got a noodle dish that is made with rice noodles and a garlic sauce (forgot what it's called) and it was delicious.
