One entire side of the meat buffet is gluten and dairy free to prevent cross contamination. The miso ginger marinade is made with tamari, and there are several selections of non marinated meats as well. It’s very easy and safe to eat here with a gluten allergy or celiac as it’s all labeled well. Gluten free sauces are available if you ask your server. Also, if you are eating with someone that is eating gluten they will change the grill out for you as many times as you want so you don’t get cross contamination. Although there isn’t a dedicated space for Gluten free preparation, staff is trained to wipe down the area and wash hands before handling any of the gluten free meat or marinades.
