got the miso ramen with “gluten friendly substitute”- lacking flavour (what I could taste was not good) and gave me one of the worst reactions I’ve had in a long time. Really disappointed and wish I hadn’t gone there

That was good really! But you only got one type of ramen available gluten free and one appetizer. I was unable to get a cocktail too because they wasn’t sure about the cross contamination.

I ordered gluten free ramen noodles and was told my ramen would be celiac friendly, unfortunately I had a bad reaction the moment I was home. They may have just used gluten free noodles, but there was definitely some other ingredient within my broth that contained gluten or was contaminated.
