Review of Umami

After speaking with two staff members, both couldn’t really give me an answer as to what was gluten free. one of them pointed to ONE item and said she knew it was gf(fried rice), so i crossed my fingers and ordered it. i was extremely sick all night afterwards and i was very confident they didn’t understand the importance of CC precautions
