The Ramen is NOT gluten free here, and cannot be made gluten free. Their menu does say the ramen can be made with “gluten free rice noodles.” I don’t know why they bother making this statement though, as other components of the dish contain gluten (according to my server who checked with the chef).

AMAZING gluten free ramen! just tell them you're gluten free and they'll make your ramen bowl with gluten free noodles! very friendly and nice place for the college crowd. near ASU, must try if you like or want to try ramen! and who can say no to sushi?
