Though they have a dedicated gluten free menu and I still found some noodles from the Mac salad in my “gluten free” poke. They kept the Mac salad above the poke in the shelf in the fridge. I ordered to go, maybe eating in is better.

The poke itself tasted good.

This place was good! The staff were knowledgeable and there was a separate gluten free menu. The selection was a little limited, but the stuff they had was soooo good. I would recommend getting the salad poke option rather than the one with rice. It was so nice and refreshing.

Super delicious food and lovely friendly staff who were very patient with us to explain poke as we’d never had it before. Dedicated GF menu but the waitress explained that we could also have the grilled fish tacos as well as they now have corn tortillas. So we had one serve of mahi mahi tacos and one ahi poke and both were divine. Best meal we’ve had on the island by far!

Everyone is right there are a few gluten free selections but the poke wasn’t great (much better hole in the wall options), the service was slow, we sat outside and flies were on us and our food the entire time, and a group of people were standing close by smoking pot the whole time we ate. (Don’t get me wrong… do you… I just don’t want to smell like your stink weed all day… we had lunch there.)

This was a cut above! And the price is quite reasonable. The have a good GF menu. Very tasty poke! My wife enjoyed the seared ahi Cesar salad (not gf)and my son had the sliders (also not gf) but tasted like steak

Really nice wait staff- indicated that a customer with celiac got really sick a few days ago so she urged me to not eat here.

Cross contamination is a huge issue according to our wait staff.

SO GOOD!! 10/10 would recommend. I don’t love raw fish so I was nervous when I kept reading the reviews that talked about the poke bowls. They don’t have gluten free menu but it says on the menu “ gluten free options by request” the staff was super knowledgeable and I got the Pulehu beef with rice and seaweed salad. All of it was super good and they even brought me gluten free soy sauce with out me asking. Will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant no longer has a GF menu but waitress was knowledgeable. Unfortunately they had no tamari sauce but the Hawaiian poke bowl was delicious and I did not feel sick after eating here.

You need to be careful when ordering and ask what is gluten free. Some menus have gotten free labeled and others have everything blacked out. There are native 3-4 dishes that can be made gluten free. I had the ahi poke bowl which is made with a spice rub and no sauce. Ahi was pretty fresh and tasty. No reactions afterwards!

Poke was good. Limited sides. Service was great and he was attentive. The fryer is shared so all the market gluten free items are cross contaminated so much less options than you think based off the menu.

Good. I had some steak and also took poke to go. I would return. Mai tais are great too!
