This is a newer restaurant (Oct 2023) that we decided to try. We called in advance and were told there would be a number of GF options available. Unfortunately, this was not the case. All hot items are cooked with standard (gluten) soy sauce and were therefore contaminated from a GF perspective. The only safe items that the host identified were the steamed crab legs (served at dinner only, not lunch) and sushi. They did not carry GF soy sauce but the host said he would order it for the future. Many rolls had crab stick (not GF). There were rolls with other fish that I could eat (salmon, tuna, white fish, other rolls) as well as sashimi. I appreciated the honesty of the host. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless you feel that you would be content with eating all sushi (which one could certainly do).
