They were very accommodating about which rolls could be made gf. They have gf soy sauce. I’m celiac and eat here all the time without any issues

Terrible. Next to nothing in the menu because they don’t use GF rice wine to make the sushi. They also don’t use Tamari.
I ordered sashimi and the fish was bad. Refused to admit they served me bad fish and refused to return my money.

The head sushi chef has daughters with gluten intolerance so he let us know which things I could choose from. They have a new menu with GF marked items. If there's something you're interested in, make sure to let the server know because they are able to substitute. There is gluten free soy sauce and the sauces are made in house so they will know if there is soy sauce in it.
I got the bimbibap which isn't gluten free because of the sauteed veggies, but I asked it to be made GF and I was accommodated AND didn't get sick.

Staff was nice and did their best to accommodate but their menu isn’t GF friendly at all and it his extremely high risk contamination. Snow crab is mixed with krab and spicy tuna is mixed with soy sauce.
