There seemed to be a lot of confusion about the tobiko. So it’s a hit or miss if it’s safe. Wasn’t a trip to the hospital, but obvious cross contamination somewhere last night.

You wouldn’t know it from the outside, but the inside of this restaurant is gorgeous! Menu is clearly marked with GF options and they’ll also bring you GF soy sauce. Everything was delicious!

Waitress was quite knowledgeable about celiac and brought me gf soy sauce right away. I felt very cared for here. Super yummy sushi and no problems afterwards.

Great! Lots of GF speciality rolls, which is uncommon for a sushi place. Lots of unique, interesting combinations. They use real crab instead of imitation so you can enjoy crab sushi rolls! All rolls served on separate plates, so if people in your party want different (non GF rolls) there is a lower risk of cross contamination. GF Tamari available upon request. Delicious delicious delicious.

Very popular sushi place with wonderful atmosphere, terrific server, and great selection of GF sushi and rolls. Menu is clearly marked, and many of the rolls come GF; they’re unusual, too, and all scrumptious! For sushi, this was pretty reasonably priced, and they brought complimentary edamame to every table. Make reservations if you can, as we had an hour wait as walk-ins.

The menu was marked with items that were gluten free which was nice and they brought out "gluten free" soy sauce. Everything seemed well but I did feel a little uneasy afterwards. For reference, I only ordered the California roll.

All the GF items were clearly marked. There were lots of GF options. The server was educated on GF. She brought out Tamari/GF soy sauce right away. The sushi was delicious and fresh. Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered. No sickness, not even an upset belly : ). We will be back!

They have their gluten free items clearly marked on the menu and there are a lot of them. The fish was fresh and I’d say some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. It was a fantastic experience!

I went for my birthday back in January 2020, and forgot to leave a review! I called ahead and spoke with the manager who said they would make every effort to keep me safe. The GF items are marked on the menu and if you let them know you have celiac when ordering, they will be extra cautious. They will bring you GF soy sauce too! They even recommended a GF sake for me too. A very happy, comfortable experience!

Experienced a bad stomach ache due to the gluten in the wasabi. I asked the lady if my sushi was gluten free but no where on the menu did it say the wasabi contained gluten. I’d recommend bringing your own wasabi if you’re wanting to get sushi here.

This place is definitely one of my stops every time I visit Seattle. Celiac safe sushi is difficult to find and they even have specialty rolls that are gluten free. The miso is gluten free, too. The butterfly roll is delicious and very fresh!

Thanks to the app I found this place!! I felt safe eating here even tho it was a really big and busy place. They were knowledgeable about celiac and made me feel certain they knew to avoid cross contamination etc. I got a couple of sushi rolls and edamame. They brought out Tamari in a container but I didn’t use it because I’m always nervous they will switch them up by accident so it’s not worth it to me. I didn’t get sick and it was delicious!

Okay, I’m giving them 3 stars because of their gf options, but the food is lacking in flavor and definitely not amazing. It’s okay, but really not worth the price of around $18/specialty roll. We have had much better sushi many times down in Olympia. The restaurant itself is cool though; they have an indoor area that’s set up like a Japanese garden, which is pretty unique, but in my opinion, it doesn’t make up for the food.

Amazing options, great staff and great prices! Definitely coming back!

BEST GF SUSHI in Seattle!!! We are so happy we found this place!! The menu is marked with what rolls are gluten free which makes it for an easy dining experience. We have eaten here twice so far and didn’t get sick.

Love, love, love this place! Lots of options to choose from and they make changes to make it GF if possible. I’ve eaten here over a dozen times and have not gotten sick.

Agree with all the other reviewers! Wonderful ambiance, amazing happy hour prices, GF noted on menu items, miso is GF, separate bottles of tamari, and for the first time ever I’ve finally found California rolls that are GF! We loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome happy hour prices. Great service. Upfront about what I could and couldn't eat. Ordered in about four rounds, and server happily pointed out what was gf and wasn't every time. Awesome. Highly recommend!!

Delicious sushi. sit at the sushi bar so you can watch the masters at work. very gf knowledgeable bc some of the sauces do have wheat in them. i believe they have gf soy sauce but i didnt have it since i cant eat soy either

Huge sushi menu and gf soy sauce. I'm thrilled to have found a sushi restaurant with gf sushi rice, as most US sushi isn't gf. Staff very friendly and gf aware.
