On safety—We use gluten free soy sauce and gluten free gochujang, which are the main ingredients for marinade and sauce so most of our main dishes and the side dishes are gluten free. Separate drainers are used to prepare side dishes with gluten and a different rable, cutting board and cutting knife are used exclusively for main dishes with gluten. A divider has also been set up for side dishes with gluten in the side dish sections to prevent cross contamination.
