Review of Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint

What a treat to find this place while traveling up the East Coast. So many gluten free toppings to choose from. The gluten free crusts are kept separate and staff is very knowledgeable. We also like that the pizzas can all be considered Personal pan so you can get what you like and get the toppings you desire and not have to share with anyone.
