Uncle Maddio's Pizza. Closed on the Sunday morning when we flew from Atlanta. Across from gate T10. Lots of gluten free options with all cheeses and veggies gf and chicken, steak, and beef gf. Supposed to open up at noon.

The name doesn't come up on Google, but it's right next to Grindhouse burgers next to T10. Every item on the menu that is Gluten free (sauces and toppings) have an asterisk! Pizza was quite good and $13.50 with 3 toppings included ( 1 of which is cheese, if wanted). My pizza took longer than the regular pizzas (good sign) and I'm not in the least bit sick! Would 100% go back if I'm here again.
