Absolutely delicious! Everything is GF. We tried the flatbread (yum) and the pizza. So good. I will definitely go back.

USK is a gluten and nut free restaurant: salads, soup, chili, sandwiches, pizza and flatbread pizzas. The food is tasty and safe. The sandwich rolls are from Two Fields Bakeshop in Berkeley Heights which uses xantham gum in case you’re gum sensitive. I’m not sure where the rest of the baked goods come from. I’m so glad to have a safe place to order from.

Just tried this place. Ordered the goat and the northsider pizzas and the are absolutely delicious. My husband that doesn’t need to eat gluten, loved them too

Great pizzas, chicken bites, soups, etc. Easy to order online and pick up. Everything on menu is GF. It’s in my regular rotation.

Such a great experience! 100% GF, owner and his wife are knowledgeable (wife has celiac) and the food is delicious!! Finally a place that does comfort food GF!

Dedicated GF facility. Meatballs are divine. Specialty Meatball pizza is also delicious. Chili very good. Can't wait for the menu to expand when they get fully up and running. Highly recommend.

Uncle Skippy's Kitchen is a small takeout location that opened a week ago (so the menu is small) and is dedicated gluten-free.

The owners wife has celiac and has been cooking for her for years. The facility is dedicated gluten-free (and I believe dedicated nut-free.)

The cook will do his best to accommodate for those who eat Kosher as well!
