Enjoyed a nice breakfast here today. They have GF items marked. Server specifically noted my celiac disease. I had the Big Wolf breakfast and they subbed toast for GF English muffins. They have a dedicated fryer so any of the potato items were safe. I’d go back again! Be ware, though, there usually is a line out the door.

With Uncle Wolfies I can feel like a ‘normal’ woman out to brunch! Don’t get me wrong, many places put the GF behind items on their menu, but then let’s be honest, those with Celiac Disease know that after a couple questions, you quickly realize it’s not really GF and your hopes for deliciousness are shattered. If I’m being honest, rarely do I get my hopes up for such pie-in-the-sky things. Then I go out for brunch, fully expecting that salad will be my option…I see many GFs on the menu, I see a GF bun option, the server is busy so I have plenty of time to look through the menu…the only ‘breaded’ item is a cornmeal-crusted chicken sandwich…tension is rising…could it be??? I inquire of the server, if she knows if the fryer is dedicated GF…IT IS!!!!!! All the sandwiches, wraps, salads, and breakfasts options are mine! (Some minor negligible adaptations on a couple items.) And the fries…yes, the fries are gloriously crispy, seasoned, and fresh. Needless to say, I’m in love and will be back.
