Under Canvas Zion

Stayed the a few nights here and every meal at restaurant was excellent. They were very helpful and took my gf needs seriously. They use separate pans etc to cook gf meals. Menu items not listed but just ask and they can accommodate. They have gf bread. I had the gf grilled cheese and tomato soup, vegan oatmeal and steak dinner. All safe, delish and no symptoms!

Camp site restaurant “Embers” does not make any gluten free claims on their menu. They did steer me towards their bruschetta chicken with rice. I tested the chicken and rice separately in my Nima sensor and both tested to have gluten in it. Luckily I had my own food packed in a cooler so was able to eat anyway. Be prepared if staying at Undercanvas to have your own food. Packaged hot chocolate did test gluten free from Nima sensor.
