The food here is very good, but they clearly need more experience with cooking for those who might be gluten free. I have had breakfast here twice. The first time, I explained up front that I am eating gluten free. The omelette on their menu gave no mention of bread, so I asked if that would be a good choice for me. The woman behind the counter nodded and smiled, so that is what I got. Another option is the yogurt and fruit (I think there may have been granola too). This most recent time I ordered the omelette again without explaining that I am g-f. Boy was I surprised when the omelette came sitting on a slice of bread. Luckily, I am not Celiac, just hypersensitive. So I moved the bread over to the edge of the plate. When the woman came to get our dishes, I explained to her that if there is going to be bread on the plate, they really should mention it on the menu!
