All but one item is gluten free. I had fried chicken for the first time since my celiac diagnosis, y'all! Everything was SO delicious and safe.

This is located in Graze Provisions & Libations. The only items on the dinner menu that were not gluten free was the bun on a single sandwich. Great to try some Hmong food that is celiac safe! I had the Hmong sausage with purple sticky rice and curry potatoes. Everything was great. All the sauces, proteins and mains are gluten free so there are so many combos you can try. This is a really popular spot and they sell out of items early Thursday- Saturday, so make a point to get there before 6:30 or so.
