Review of Unite Urban Grill

The Unite staff are very well-versed on celiac disease and gluten-free requirements. Their Worcestershire sauce used to marinate the steaks is gluten-free. I'm reactive to grain alcohols and vinegars, and I've enjoyed several steaks prepared by this restaurant. One waiter has a family member with celiac and has versed me on things to watch for that I didn't know about.
