We were able to purchase a gluten free hot dog that they prepared beforehand wrapped and labeled in a separate area in the concession! They did have nachos but were uncertain of the cheese so we avoided the cheese to be safe.

The United Center website clearly tells you which concessions have gluten free. Seems like it changes so I'd check the website.

Concession I went to had only two items, both listed on website as GF. When I asked if this was the gluten free options I was told that they only had the 2 items at that counter.

Read other reviews and looked up the offerings on the United center’s webpage. Went to stand 334 and ordered nachos. The worker had no clue about them being gluten free but I decided to trust the website that said nachos were safe. I did ask her to grab one from underneath the parchment paper from where they were pre-prepped in the nacho basket. I ate the cheese from the dispenser machine and jalapeños. No issues, happy gal.

Went online and looked up GF options and was given a list with all of the GF food and what section they were in. Got a GF hot dog and had no issue! The buns were individually wrapped so no cross contamination. All of the listed French fry options have dedicated fryers too. Tons of options and super kind service!

As far as I can tell they do a terrible job on their website publicizing what is GF but they are abundantly clear that you can't bring in your own food. I was able to track down the following. Fastbreak section 317 has a hotdog with a GF bun and reportedly a dedicated fryer for fries. Section 315, Westside Deli has Redbridge GF beer and cider.

There's a GF cart on the first floor. The hot dog bun was a little dry, but edible & tasty enough. I was just glad there were some GF options.
