owner was nice, the food was good, but definitely do not eat here if you have celiac or are very sensitive to gluten. I ordered a gluten-free calzone, and she warned me on cross-contamination, which is the case pretty much everywhere you dine out. That said, I don’t know what is in the dough or how contaminated everything was, but I am feeling quite sick just a couple hours after eating there.
And while I do have celiac, I still get pizza all the time from places that make both regular and gluten-free. This typically does not happen. So it must’ve been very contaminated or else the ingredients are not actually gluten-free as advertised! avoid the gluten-free dough at all costs, unless you are just eating gluten, free as a trend or fad diet. if you actually need to be GF, go elsewhere.

ETA: I got violently-ill last night to the point I almost had to go to hospital. My worst “glutening” in 15 years - it was Scary!!
my non-GF hubby ate the rest of the supposed “gluten-free” calzone today and his consensus was “there was definitely not one iota of that which was gluten-free. either she used the wrong dough, doesnt know what GF is, or they just say it’s GF when it isn’t.”
NOT SAFE FOR CELIAC; DOUBT IT IS EVEN ACTUALLY GF!!!

It is an unbelievable crust. I'm not celiac but quite gluten sensitive. I've never had any negative affects from the GF pizza. They don't seem to dedicate an oven to GF and may use common tools. Again, best GF dough ever. Comically good, can't be real but it is.
I had their GF pizza ( 1 piece) & 3 hours later started having nausea & upset stomach! Not sure if this is what’s causing ? I’m Celiac 3 1/2 years & don’t get sick just the rash ( dermatitis herpetiformis). I’ve broken out only slightly with contamination in the past but never felt this sick ! I had their gf pizza a year ago with no problems. If I break out in a day or two I’ll know for sure it was the pizza!
Pizza tasted great, but got violently I'll afterwards. Will not be going back!
Pizza was great but got violently ill after. I talked to the owner who was extremely nice and said they take all precautions and offered for me to come and watch, but said no thanks. Must be cross contamination... maybe in the oven?
Best darn gf pizza we’ve ever had. Oh...calzones...Stromboli! Crazy great. Just like REAL dough.
I had gluten free pizza and the crust was amazing .. fluffy and has the good REAL pizza texture, also got a calzone ! And cinnamon dough ... pizza was way bigger than typical gluten free pizzas! My friend who isn’t celiac couldn’t even taste the difference! Also good reheated in the oven #lifechanging
Yes
Although I was able to watch them make my pizza it still got contaminated. I was violently I'll for twelve hours and it took me days to feel well again. I won't go back.
No
My five year old child with celiac has gotten sick twice after eating the pizza. The first time we thought he was just over heated from playing outside. The second time we knew. If you have celiac or are very sensitive don't eat here.
They also use the same pizza pan grates for both regular and gluten free pizzas.

I am not celiac, so I cannot attest to it being celiac safe, but I have had no issues here and am gluten sensitive. The pizza shop does have celiac clients, or so I was told. I recommend you double check if you have celiac disease. GF Dough is homemade and only made one day a week on in a designated area to avoid contamination. Pizza was very delicious, even without cheese (I can't handle dairy either)! Yay for GF PIZZA that tastes like the real deal and its does not cost an arm and a leg. My kids favorite part was the GF donuts!

My son has celiac and was extremely sick only a few hours after eating their gluten free pizza.
