This is a mostly safe dining spot. Have had a few near misses. The manager has always taken care of any problems instantly, and usually with a refund. Can't recall every getting sick here, but there have been near misses. The near misses have mainly come from wait staff not knowing the issue and absent-mindedly throwing a bread stick on stop of a salad, for instance. You know, no salad is complete without a bread stick! :-) We dine here frequently so many of the staff know us by face and already know three of us are GF. One of my children loves the pizza and eats that exclusively. On Tuesday nights kids eat free and that's an added bonus. A free GF pizza for the GF kiddo! That's a $10 bonus right there.

They do have gluten free pizza as well as a chicken dish. If you are dairy free you are out of luck with the pizza- no daiya cheese. My personal pizza without cheese had three pieces of dried pepper a couple of tomatoes a couple of mushrooms. I only ate one piece it to keep company with my friends . took it home and pitched it. Sauce might have helped to keep it moist. Perhaps the chicken ?

I've ordered their GF pizza and hamburger. Both were delicious! The staff are very knowledgable and go through training. The managers personally deliver the food to avoid contamination. They use the GF Udi's buns for their burgers, which are fantastic! Not at all dry or crumbly!

I went to eat at this location tonight and was very impressed on how knowledgeable and friendly they were about my Gluten Free needs. I had the Caesar Salad and Veggie Pizza off the Gluten Free Menu and the pizza was brought out by the manager who assured there was no cross contamination. I then had the Ice Cream Sundae off the GF menu and although simple it was nice to have a dessert option. It was a great experience and will definitely be going back soon :)

The service was the worst that I've seen in 38 years. It's one thing to get bad service. But another thing to get a Attitude from the waitress!!! The food was great what little of our older came out. The Management couldn't even come out to see us. Nor would they answer the phone when called. The bad thing is . It was not even busy! No excuse!! I can only hop that it was a one time Occurrence. Just be warned .

We tried the Gluten free pizza. It was not very good. It was very dry, very very thin and there was very little sauce on it. In addition, it was pricey for what you received. I also had a garden salad and the lettuce was not very fresh nor did they put many other vegetables in with it. The balsamic dressing was pretty good. My son had the gluten free hamburger and that was pretty good. I would have only rated it 2 stars considering the quality, size and price of the GF pizza. But since they are at least making an attempt I decided to give it 3 stars. With that being said attention Uno Chicago Grill it is time to up your game with this.

They recently added Chicken Spinocholly to their gluten free menu. It's to die for. If you order out be careful one time I got bread with my food. Granted it was wrapped in tinfoil and outside from the rest of the food and only happened once be careful. Other than that I love this place. No cross cross contamination yet :)

This place seems to change management more than any place I've seen. I've had some of the worst dining experiences here from intense cross contamination to multiple ingredients and items that they simply "ran out of," to just sloppy staff. Managers reluctant to replace or refund when their staff messes up. I am beyond *not* a fan. SO glad that I can get GF pizza elsewhere now. Their pizza is skimpy and not very tasty (they're just frozen pizzas that they heat for you) in the first place. :(

All they need is a dedicated fryer now. They recently stopped carrying redbridge but now carry a Belgian amber ale (I checked it out and it had been tested having less than 5 ppm gluten even though its brewed with barley).

UNO's catered a banquet I attended and I had been in contact with them ahead is time and trusted that they understood cross-contamination. They went to great lengths to prepare me something separate off their gf menu but I still ended up very sick before the end of the meal. I don't know if the fact that they prepared it in a different kitchen than normal made a difference but by the degree I was ill, I'm sure it was more than cross contamination.

While in Las Cruces on business and stopped in at Uno's one evening, I was very excited when I heard an employee tell everyone in the kitchen that my table was gluten free. He also brought me a Redbridge beer with the cap still on "to reduce the chances of any cross contamination"... wow! Thought I was in for a no problem meal because of the apparent care they take here... No such luck, later that night, I had a very bad reaction. The food was also only ok tasting. Definitely not worth the money!

My daughter has celiac disease so eating gluten free is very important. UNOs always does a fantastic job with cross contamination and making sure her food is prepared properly. They have no option for gluten free pizza on their kids menu but if your child orders a make your own gluten free pizza UNOs will only Hargreaves you the kids menu price which I find fantastic. Gluten free items are always so much more expensive having a company that WILLINGLY charges you less is wonderful. However even if you buy a gf pizza to go their prices are still decent. No huge mark up just because it's GF. For this reason we seek out UNOs restaurants while out with the family. The are kind and understandings and my daughter doesn't feel completely different and doesn't have to eat grilled chicken or a naked cheeseburger all the time.

Good gf pizza. I recommend the takeout special for 2 gf pizzas for $13.99 (compared to 1 for $12). They will even give you one frozen if you want to save the 2nd one for another day. Or you can get 1 gf and one gluten filled thin crust for $13.99 if you are feeding a gluten eater too.

My old boss bought me Uno's gluten free pizza when I left my job and it was the first time I had it. Definitely a great choice. I'm not a huge fan of Uno's deep dish pizza, which is why I gave it 4 stars compared to 5 (and since I've had better GF pizza), but if you're looking for gluten free and craving pizza, great choice.

I love UNOs gluten free pizza!!!! A chef comes in before the restaurant opens to cook the gluten free pizzas so that they do not get contaminated. They have a gluten free menu and the service is great. If you order To-go or online you get 2 pizzas for $13!!!! They only have personal sizes but the portions are bigger than most "personal sizes." BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! Also they have gluten free desserts including bananas foster; which is delicious. Enjoy!

Nice menu of gf options. Be sure to ask for no croutons on house salad. GF veggie pizza was tasty. Very thin crust but check nutrition info on website. The pizza has 8 slices which equals 3 servings. 320 calories per serving.

Love their gf pepperoni pizza! I got takeout and brought back to my hotel and they even included napkins, a plate, cheese, and red pepper flakes! We have lots of options for gf pizza at home in MN and this ranks up there with the best. I wish their local location hadn't closed in 2008. Super friendly staff too.
