Perfect!! Waiter was Very knowledgeable. They had 2 GF crusts, rice and cauliflower. Get the RICE! It puffs like a real crust!

Great pizza!! Gluten free pizza and GF buns for burgers. Pizza the way you remember BGF (before gluten free). Chewy crust - great flavor and really good sauce.

Delicious gluten free pizza. Buffalo wings are old and gluten free as well.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants! Pizza is always delicious and GF; I normally get the veggie or cheese so can’t say for the pepperoni but both have never caused me to have a reaction. Also the carry out price is such a good deal if I just wanna pick it up. Highly recommend to anyone GF!!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

We ate here on the way to Seaworld with our daughter who has celiac. The waiter, Paul I think, was very understanding and recommended the pizza. It was amazing GF pizza! She also had some bites of brown rice, salmon, steamed broccoli and the hamburger (all off the GF menu) and had zero reactions.

This is my favorite place to go for pizza! I don't think I've ever had any of their other menu items at this particular location. I identify myself as celiac with the server because I've learned that not all places take you seriously unless you identify celiac or allergy and this time my server let me know that they treat all GF orders with the same procedures to be sure it is safe for all of us. That made me super pleased. My pizza wasn't quite as delicious as usual, but it reheated in my toaster oven quite well, so I think the crust may have needed just a few extra minutes if baking time. I've NEVER gotten sick there and I love their crust so much that I've asked if it can be purchased before. The crust reminds me the most of traditional pizza crust (like the Pizza Hut ones that I still miss) and even my gluten-eating friends and family think it's good!

Celiac friendly?

Excellent service. But the gf food quality is even better. Live nearby and have been eating here for all 5 years I have been gluten free. I have a bad allergy and not once have had a reaction here. Gf food brought to table separately. Recently improved the gf pizza crust. Best gf pizza. Every Server we have had actually understands what gluten free means. Highly recommend. Not a huge amount of options but plenty enough.

This is by far one of the yummiest gluten free pizzas. The best part is that they make their own dough. Most other places will give you the udi’s cracker pizza. Must try.

Uno is one of my "go-to" spots for gf food. I've had wonderful interactions w/ servicers & shift managers clarifying my allergies all while working with the chef. They've even made up special "off menu" items for me. Pretty much eat there 2x a month because I trust them so much. Plus, it's very good!

Decent sized GF menu and their GF pizzas are quite good.

I walked in expecting to be turned away. To my surprise they said they can accommodate me. The staff was friendly and their gluten free crust was really good. I didn't get sick! Thank you Uno's!

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.
