Very good selection of GF foods, but even our waiter admitted that the pizza was a lot like toppings on cardboard. Still, if you like other things besides pizza, this is a great place to go, and they're very nice to their GF customers.

Kind and courteous.

Ordered a salad from their gf menu and they put a breadstick on it! When I told the waitress she admitted she had no idea what gluten was and suggested I just take off the breadstick. I figured she was new so I explained to her what could happen to someone who is severely sensitive if they even have a crumb. She acted like she understood and cared. Then she said she'd make a new salad. I watched and she went in the back and just took off the breadstick and tried to give it to me again! I got the manager and he admitted that some people aren't adequately trained. I told him we would be leaving and he said not to worry about paying for my husband's coke and my iced tea. Gee thanks. I won't be back.

I walked in expecting to be turned away. To my surprise they said they can accommodate me. The staff was friendly and their gluten free crust was really good. I didn't get sick! Thank you Uno's!

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.
