The website is clear about “celiacs beware—this is best effort at best”). I appreciate that they are clear on that but weighing the risk vs. a burger from a place I would never order a burger from pre-celiac... not worth it to me.

Ordered their "GF Salmon" veggies and skinless baked potato and was severely sick hours later. I would NOT eat here if you have Celiac Disease. I have eaten at the UNOs in Hamilton, NJ and did not have a reaction. And yes, I did make the waiter aware of my disease and asked about having the food made separately to avoid cross contamination, he assured me it would be prepared properly. Nope.

Great food! There are lots of gf options available. They messed up my order, but it was still gf, and very yummy.

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.

Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.
