this place isn’t 100% gluten free. there’s cross contamination but they are super friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free items and try to be careful! the pizza is amazing and i have never been affected by it! Only one time when i got fries and i found a piece of fried chicken in it other than that i have had no issues

Thanks to the four star rating on Find Me GF, I decided to give Uno's a try. My waitress, Rayann, was very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. She immediately notified the manager who watched the whole process of preparing my GF pepperoni pizza which was made in a dedicated GF facility. The manager assured me that they use a dedicated pan, paddle to remove the pizza and a dedicated pizza cutter. The pizza was delivered by the manager. Excellent experience, really good pizza and I did not have any signs or symptoms of cross contamination.

I have ate here twice and haven’t had a problem.

Best GF pizza yet! Seemed like a deep dish. I've had other gf pizza at UNOs in D.C. But this one is better. I am very selective where I eat out and have never had a problem with UNOs GF pizza. I feel normal to have pizza when the family is having their own regular pizza.

have the show on a Sunday everyone went to unos i feeling sick to my stomach and being Gluten Free so the waitress suggest a small fruit cup of blueberries and strawberries. it hit the spot great.

called in for take out, told hostess I had celiac, ordered a Burger from GF menu. Did not get an udi's bun, so did not eat it. Seems to me like a not knowledgeable, careless staff.

I have been here a handful of time in the last two years (while visiting family) and have had no issues. I order a gluten free pizza and/or a salad. I particularly like the berry salad and veggie pizza. No reactions and I am very sensitive.

Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.
