Sat at the bar right around where they make pizzas and cross contamination is a huge issue.
As they tossed the regular dough in the air flour was naturally going everywhere.
My crust was kept on a tray but they pulled from the same ingredients that were just covered in flour dust. The guy changed his gloves after he made my pizza not before.
They did use a separate pizza cutter.
While the GF pizza was good.....my stomach was not happy later.
