The chocolate muffins and cookies were delicious. Texture-wise, the muffins were amazing. We also had a sandwich and pizza and they were both great. 10/10, Will definitely go again.

Blueberry muffins were pretty bland and one at least had a huge eggshell on the top of it. Pretty disappointing since I was looking forward to a dedicated bakery. I'll go back and try something else, but was really hopefully with the muffins. Pretty sad to say they were very tasteless.

Bought a loaf of the GF multigrain frozen bread and then divided the slices loaf into thirds and put in freezer bags. So that way I can put one third in our freezer that isn’t set so so low like our deep freezer.

I have been using my toaster to warm up the bread. Then let it go for a second to get it actually toasted. Even my husband who is not celiac like me was like “mmmm that smells really good!” That is high praise IMHO.

Yes yes it's gluten free.. but it doesn't taste great. I think there are alot of better gluten free bakeries out there. Also the last time I had baked goods here, my stomach didn't feel great. I think they use alot of xanthum gum. I would be careful if you are sensitive to that.

Bought a cake for my parents’ anniversary. It was lemon, and everyone wanted to gf cake over the regular chocolate cake from another bakery! So moist!

So helpful, especially for newbies! Plus, starting next week, they are going to have pizza!! They were super sweet to my daughter and we had a great experience. The food tastes amazing and we couldn’t tell the difference between “real” bread and theirs 😄

I’ve been going to Unrefined bakery since they first opened in the old Casa Linda location. The absolute best cupcakes, gluten or not, on the planet. They make great sandwiches and party mix as well. Biscotti, muffins, loaves of bread, dinner rolls, breakfast breads .... omg now I’m hungry. Lol They’ve expanded into Keto, pies and cake by the slice as well! So lucky to have them so close!

This is a paradise for families with multiple allergies - everything is clearly marked and everything we tried was delicious. The sandwich bread was moist and delicious, even in the vegan variety. The entire establishment is gluten free.

I frequent the one on Skillman in Medallion center. Glad to have this in the neighborhood. I stop for a sandwich sometimes because the bread is really good. Of course all the bake goods are tasty and easy to grab muffins for the week.

This is literally my favorite bakery anywhere. I go every week! I’ve never gotten sick but since it’s a 100% GF establishment it’s pretty easy to feels safe. I love that everything is soy free also, and most things are dairy free.

Everything we had was good, but the carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese icing is THE. BEST.

Love that it's a dedicated GF business so I don't have to be so paranoid. They also carry (many) items that are Paleo or Vegan. I tried the Vegan cinnamon rolls, and they were not the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted, but they were pretty good considering all the things that were NOT in the ingredients. They definitely satisfied a cinnamon craving. The employees were very helpful. I also tried their GF/DF cupcakes (chocolate with chocolate icing and vanilla with strawberry icing). The strawberry icing- wow. So good. The chocolate icing was nice and chocolatey. The cake portions were also good, but I could clearly taste the corn component used (not sure if it was flour or starch). It wasn't so much that it made me stop eating the cupcakes, but the flavor was definitely present. Still, I would eat here (and order cupcakes) again.

Showed up with a large group after class. The staff were very helpful & friendly, offering samples & answering questions. My pizza crust was awesome as well as my cupcake. I will have to plan a return visit soon

I was really looking forward to going to Unrefined as I have recently switched to gluten free. So disappointed...they had no bread on display. (yup, none) One variety was on cooling racks but they couldn't sell it to me as it was too warm. Other than cookies and cupcakes the only other thing in the store were frozen muffins and sweet breads. I picked out a package of 4 muffins but put them back when I found they wanted to charge me $13 for 4 muffins. So if you seek gluten free baked goods I would suggest you seek out other alternatives in the Dallas area.

it's great they are gluten free but the greatest is that everything is non GMO! love their chocolate chip cookies and the rusk are really good too! They have huge menu of items including pizza dough. They also carry paleo items!

Love Unrefined!!! Our favorites are the pizza crust, paleo and 5 grain bread, cookies, and the chocolate silk pie. Mmmmm!

This place is amazing!!!!!! They have gluten dairy an soy free kitchen. Everything I purchased was so good, I had a cupcake that was the bomb. I will defiantly go back and will try everything they have!!!!!

I love this place. Every time I visit I am blown away at how friendly the staff are and how dang awesome the food is. They have the best gluten free cupcakes and I love the paleo bread. The owners are great.

Strawberry cupcake was to die for! Tried to replicate frosting at home and it did not have the wonderful richness this one had. They have bread for take home in their freezer too.

If I could give this establishment more stars, I would. Even though they stopped making one of my dairy free goodies, I still love their variety. Their cakes are moist. Their bread is hardy, but not so dense you feel like you're eating a brick. The staff are completely knowledgeable and super friendly. You won't regret the trip to see them!

I really like their rolls and breads. I've kept stuff in the freezer for months and it still tastes good when I heat it up. I like some of their desserts but some of them taste too healthy (not enough sugar and butter). Chocolate fudge brownies are very good though.

I shop here weekly. They have breads, buns, brownies, cakes, cupcakes, pizza crusts, snacks, and bars-all gluten free! Their recipes makes it easy to avoid other food allergens, too. They also serve sandwiches, smoothies, espresso drinks, and tea. Knowledgeable staff. I love them!

The options available are endless. Fresh, healthy, no gluten and even diet specific items available to make your life easier. The breads are so amazingly moist no matter which one you get. No dead bricks of crumbly bread here, fluffy chewy yumminess. Also offering a little deli bar and coffee. Great holiday selections! These ladies have opened a gold mine.

Absolutely wonderful gluten-free (and soy-free and often dairy-free) cakes and breads. Paleo bread is even GRAIN free but delicious.

This bakery has the best bread ! Formerly called Basic Yeast, the 5 grain bread doesn't have an after taste like other GF breads. They also have their own twist on Chex mix and amazing baked goods.

Extremely rude staff. I walked in to get a cupcake (lemon) and was asking for suggestions for dinner and one staff member walked away from me glaring at me. I made a purchase but traveling to a new town, eating gluten free can be extremely stressful. I thought it was a staff place where to get GF seafood. they were extremely rude about sharing which places were safe in the area.

For being known for their desserts the cupcake was not the greatest. Sad service and for being a gluten free facility I do appreciate but quality is lacking.

Great food and kind staff! When my online order was messed up because of a website error they gave me my order for free! I can't recommend this company enough because the staff cares about its customers.

I was really upset about not being able to get the food I had planned on eating for the week. It was an technical error so nobody's fault but still would have made my week really difficult to find new meals for me to eat last minute. I am so thankful they gave me my food despite the issue. Since I had been driving around for 30-45 minutes to their other location, they threw in some extra free desserts to make me feel better about the inconvenience. I can't thank unrefined bakery enough!

Their online ordering system is not good though.
