Amazing but expensive hotel. The stuff is very kind and aware of allergies. The menu is marked and they are some gluten free options which are very safe. There is also gluten free bread which they prepared at the second day. They are a lot of gluten free breakfast options and desserts as well. If you want traditional German gluten free food or amazing breakfast, I highly recommend this place (:
