We had a terrific experience here, needing a quick pick-me-up after a long day enjoying The Whitney's Warhol Retrospective. Our server was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been nicer. The chef takes pride in being able to accommodate diners with allergies. We had the cheese plate with delicious GF grilled bread, and my husband and son split the beef tartare. I even got the recipe for the fantastic drink I had (The Screen Test). We would go back in a heartbeat. I wish eating out was this easy everywhere.

UPDATE: The menu has been expanded recently. I have eaten here a dozen times over the last year or two. Great every time. The staff is knowledgable and checks with the kitchen. They also build each dish to order so able to adapt most dishes though many are naturally gluten free. They have a delicious burger which they serve on gluten free bread.
Earlier review: I am a celiac and I had a great safe meal here for Valentine’s day. They accommodated me and knew what Celiac was. They don’t have a dedicated fryer so the chicken dish was out. But all the sides, half the entrees and handful of appetizers were possible. The food is delicious and the wine list spectacular. They have a gluten free cookie but I didn’t ask if it was made when nothing with gluten was being made. I chose to have the cheese plate (they had gluten free bread) for dessert. My date had the rice pudding which was gluten and dairy free. It was lovely. It’s a true farm to table place with a beautiful location and design.
