Cute hidden gem, and I mean that literally. The gelato shop is tucked in the back of a really quirky shop. Just head through the front doors and go straight back. Been there twice so far and it's been an amazing experience each time. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and will gladly change scoops for you; they do have a dedicated scooper for each flavor, not a shared scoop like most places.
Almost all the flavors besides the obvious things, like things with cookies or cake, are gluten -free. They do have some standard flavors, but what makes it fun are the seasonal flavors and unique daily flavors; for instance, my most recent visit there was cherry blossom and peanut butter and jelly. I've been assured that their oat milk-based flavors are gluten -free also and I've had the chocolate with no issue.
Not much info on the website but definitely check it out in person.

My husband (non-Celiac) and I (Celiac) have gone here twice for gelato, and we've had very positive experiences both times! The woman behind the counter was really knowledgeable and was able to tell me which flavors were safe. Also, we were able to sample flavors before buying. While they have some standard flavors, they also have some different ones; for instance, I got Vanilla Rose during our first visit and Peanut Butter & Jelly on the second visit. (Both were amazing! :) ) Also, they had a few oat milk-based flavors, if you need dairy free.
During our first visit, she mentioned that they have customers with allergies come in frequently, so they incorporated safety precautions into their processes to avoid cross-contact as much as possible. For example, they have a dedicated scooper for each flavor. Also, she was happy to change her gloves after handling gluten.
One (small) caveat is that the website doesn't tell you much about their flavors, so you'll have to go in-person.
