As a former employee, there is so much cross contamination. GF sandwiches cooked on the same baking sheets as gluten sandwhiches and handled with cross contaminated gloves , made with cross contaminated ingredients. Egg bowls are warmed in the same containers are muffins , bread slices etc. definitely not safe if you have celiac.
