A quote from their online FAQ:

It sure is! In addition to our restaurant being completely nut free, we offer many gluten-free and vegetarian options on our menu. While we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination, we do have a dedicated gluten-free fryer and flat-top grill to provide peace of mind for anyone with serious gluten allergies. Please let us know of any allergies when ordering!”
We ordered the Chilaquiles, which are listed as GF. The chips appeared deep fried, in their separate GF deep fryer presumably. Experienced no problems after eating.
